Treatment process & therapy

How does treatment with enmedify health work?
  • 1) Register in 1 minute: Free and non-binding.
  • 2) Medical consultation: In person or online.
  • 3) Prescription & treatment plan: Provided when therapy is medically indicated.
  • Do I need a doctor’s consultation for every follow-up prescription?

    Yes, regular check-ups are essential to monitor progress, assess effectiveness, and make any necessary treatment adjustments.

    Can I stop treatment at any time?

    Yes, the decision is yours. You can end your treatment at any time after consulting with your doctor.

    How oftenare follow-up checks required?

    Usually every 4–6 weeks, depending on your progress and individual treatment needs.

    Costs & health insurance

    Is the treatment covered by health insurance?

    Not usually. Exceptions are only possible with cost coverage in accordance with Art. 71a et seq. KVG.

    How much does a medical consultation cost?

    - Initial consultation: CHF 49.-

    - Follow-up appointments: CHF 49.-

    - Fair care guarantee: If no treatment is indicated, we will refund the fee for the initial consultation (goodwill).

    Why isn’t billing done through TARMED?

    enmedify health is a private medical practice offering transparent fixed prices — for complete cost control.

    What payment methods are available?

    By credit card, debit card or TWINT.

    Prescriptions & medication

    How do I receive my prescription?

    Based on a medical evaluation, your doctor will issue a prescription. Upon request, it can be sent directly to a licensed partner pharmacy.

    Can I choose a different pharmacy?

    Yes — provided the pharmacy is authorized to dispense the prescribed medication.

    How long is my prescription valid?

    Usually valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

    Can I travel abroad with my medication?

    It depends on the medication and your destination. Our doctors will gladly assist you with the necessary preparations.

    Is my personal data safe with enmedify health?

    Yes — we operate according to the highest medical and data protection standards. Your information is strictly confidential and securely protected.

    Who are the doctors treating me at enmedify health?

    Our team is made up of experienced physicians specializing in chronic conditions and modern therapeutic approaches.

    Is there an age requirement?

    Yes - we provide treatment only for patients aged 21 and above.

    Shipping & delivery

    When will my medicine be shipped?

    Orders received by 3:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day.

    On which days does shipping take place?

    We ship orders from Monday to Thursday.

    How does delivery work?

    Delivery is made by hand — the package can only be accepted by you personally.

    What happens if I'm not at home during delivery?

    You will receive a notification and caneither schedule a new delivery or collect your package from the post office.
