Treatment process & therapy

How does the treatment work with enmedify?

1. Register in 1 minute: Free & non-binding.

2. Medical consultation: In practice or online.

3. Prescription & treatment plan: When therapy is indicated.

Do I have to have a doctor's consultation for every subsequent prescription?

Yes, regular check-ups are important in order to provide medical support for progress, effects and possible adjustments.

Can I stop the treatment at any time?

Yes — you decide. After consultation with your doctor, you can opt out at any time.

How often do checks take place?

Usually every 4—6 weeks — depending on the course and treatment requirements.

Costs & health insurance

Is the treatment covered by health insurance?

Not usually. Exceptions are only possible with a cost credit in accordance with Art. 71a et seq. of the KVG.

How much does the medical consultation cost?

- Initial consultation: CHF 49.-

- Follow-up calls: CHF 49.-

- Fair care guarantee: If no treatment is required, we will refund the price of the initial appointment (goodwill).

Why not a TARMED billing?

enmedify is a private practice. We offer transparent fixed prices — for full cost control.

How can I pay?

By credit card, debit card or TWINT.

Prescriptions & medicines

How do I get my prescription?

According to a doctor's opinion, your doctor will issue a prescription. On request, this will be sent directly to a licensed partner pharmacy.

Can I also choose another pharmacy?

Yes — provided that she is entitled to dispense the respective medication.

How long is my prescription valid?

Usually 1 month from the date of issue.

Can I travel with my medication?

It depends on the product and the destination. Our doctors are happy to help you prepare.

Is there an age restriction with enmedify?

Yes — we only treat people over 21 years of age.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by 15:00 are usually shipped the same day.

On which days does shipping take place?

Shipping takes place from Monday to Thursday.

How does delivery take place?

Delivery is done by hand — only you personally can accept the package.

What happens when I'm not at home?

You will receive a notification and can arrange a new delivery date or pick up the shipment from the post office.
