If your doctor determines during the initial consultation that the Care Plan is not suitable for you, you can request a refund within 30 days. This requires that the consultation has taken place and that the medical assessment confirms it. If you have started a Care Plan, it will be cancelled in this case.
No. Whether a prescription is issued is always decided by your doctor based on a medical assessment.
The Care Plan is not suitable for everyone. In certain cases - such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, or specific medical conditions - it is not available. The final decision is always made by our medical team during the initial consultation.

If the Care Plan is not suitable for you, the next steps will be discussed with you. You can then make use of the Fair Care guarantee.
Register online and either start a continuous Care Plan or book an appointment via one-time payment. During your initial consultation, your situation will be assessed and the next steps defined together.

In most cases, all care takes place remotely via the app. If needed, in- person appointments are available at selected locations.

Yes. The app is free to download. Costs only arise when using a Care Plan or booking appointments.
A smartphone or computer with an internet connection is sufficient. A stable connection is enough for video consultations.

Yes. You can connect selected health data with supported systems such as Apple Health or Android Health.
Yes. You can add booked appointments directly to your personal calendar.
Medical care is currently available in German and English. Additional languages (French & Italian) are planned.

Care is offered through different models (monthly or yearly Care Plans, or single pre-paid appointments). Current pricing is displayed transparently in the app.
Generally not. In some cases, partial reimbursement may be possible through supplementary insurance or individual review.
Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or TWINT.
Your Care Plan includes ongoing medical support, direct communication via the app, and coordination of your individual care.
No. The Care Plan covers medical support and coordination. Prescriptions are issued when needed and sent to a certified Swiss pharmacy. Medication costs are billed separately.
After medical assessment, a prescription can be issued by your doctor if appropriate. It will be sent directly to a Swiss pharmacy upon request.
Yes, as long as the pharmacy is authorized to dispense the prescribed medication.
Yes. Depending on the model, cancellation is possible monthly or annually.
Yes. The Care Plan renews automatically unless cancelled in time.

If a prescription is issued, medication is typically processed and shipped by the pharmacy in the next several working days.
Delivery is carried out by the pharmacy and requires personal handover with signature.
You’ll receive a notification and can arrange a new delivery time or collect the shipment. Please note that no additional delivery attempt is made automatically.
