enmedify is a digital healthcare service provided by Topmed AG, with its own team of physicians licensed to practise in Switzerland and working under specialist medical supervision. We do not refer patients to external doctors — all treatment is provided directly by our own medical team. Further information can be found in our Legal Notice.
enmedify offers treatment for conditions including erectile dysfunction and hereditary hair loss, as well as medical cannabis treatment and medical weight management. The process, eligibility requirements and pricing vary by treatment and are detailed on the relevant treatment page.

The process varies depending on the treatment.
For erectile dysfunction, hair loss and medical weight management, you complete an online medical assessment. A Swiss-licensed physician personally reviews the information you provide and contacts you by message. A consultation is only necessary if you request one or if the physician has any follow-up questions.
For medical cannabis treatment, a consultation with a physician is always required, either by video or at our clinic in Basel. This is both medically necessary and required by law.
In both cases, if the physician determines that the treatment is appropriate for you, they will issue a prescription and continue to support you throughout your Care Plan.
For medical cannabis treatment, yes — a consultation by video or in person is required. For all other treatments, you complete the medical assessment in writing, and the physician contacts you by message. You can request a consultation at any time if you would prefer to speak with a doctor.

No. Whether a prescription is appropriate is determined solely by your treating physician following an individual medical assessment. A prescription is not guaranteed.
No — and that is intentional. In every case, a physician assesses whether treatment is medically appropriate and safe for you and will not prescribe it if it is not. Common reasons why a treatment may not be suitable include certain pre-existing conditions, interactions with other medications, pregnancy and breastfeeding. The specific eligibility criteria for each treatment are detailed on the relevant treatment page.
If, after reviewing your case, the physician determines that a treatment is not suitable for you, we will refund the full amount you paid. You will never pay for a treatment you cannot receive. The Fair Care guarantee applies to all treatments offered by enmedify.
The physician will explain their assessment and advise you on the most appropriate next steps. In some cases, this may include further evaluation by your GP. The Fair Care guarantee will apply, and any active Care Plan will be discontinued.
Prices vary depending on the treatment and are clearly listed on the relevant treatment page.
The Care Plan includes your medical care — assessment, prescribing, ongoing support and treatment adjustments — and, in most cases, the prescribed medication.
For medical cannabis treatment, the medication is not included in the price. This is because there is no standard dosage: the specific product and quantity are determined individually and therefore billed separately by the pharmacy. In this case, the Care Plan fee covers your medical treatment and ongoing care.
Generally, no. In some cases, supplementary insurance may cover part of the cost. You will need to check this directly with your insurance provider.

Your medication is shipped in discreet packaging by a Swiss pharmacy, with no indication of the contents on the outside. Certain medications are shipped under temperature-controlled conditions.
Once your prescription has been issued, the pharmacy will usually process your order on the next business day.
Yes. Prescription medications must be delivered to you personally and require a signature upon receipt. This is a legal requirement and helps ensure that your medication reaches you safely. If you are not at home, you will receive a notification and can either collect the package or arrange a new delivery date.
