No. A prescription is never guaranteed. The treating physician decides whether a prescription is medically appropriate following an individual medical assessment.
A single consultation costs CHF 49. For ongoing medical care, several MEDCAN Care Plan options are available from CHF 25 per month.
If our Fair Care Guarantee applies, the cost of your initial consultation will be refunded.
No. Most consultations take place remotely. If needed, in-person appointments are also available at our practice in Basel.
The MEDCAN Care Plan includes ongoing medical support, direct communication with your Care Team through the app, and coordination of your individual care.
No. The MEDCAN Care Plan covers medical care and coordination only. If the treating physician issues a prescription, the medication is dispensed and billed separately by an authorised Swiss partner pharmacy.
Your health data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law (FADP/DSG) and stored on secure systems. Only your treating Care Team has access to your medical information.
